Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Mechatron Learning Hub, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Training Course Purchases: Refund requests for online courses must be made only up to 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course. Afterwards or once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.

Individual Workshops Bookings: No refunds will be provided for slots booked for online or offline workshop sessions for individuals.

For Educational or activity Kits: No refunds will be issued for workshop kits once they have been sold.

For workshops or trainings for Corporates and Institutions: Refund requests for corporate and institutional training sessions or workshops must be made at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course. Afterwards no refunds will be processed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at communications@mechatronlearning.live with the following details:


  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.


3. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Promotional Offers: Courses or subscriptions purchased at a discounted rate during promotional periods are non-refundable.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
