Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mechatron Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality training programs and educational kits to empower students, professionals, and educators. We understand that sometimes situations may change, so we have outlined clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Course Enrolment (Digital Products)

  • Non-Refundable Once Accessed:
    Once you have been granted access to our online course(s) or digital study material, the fees paid are non-refundable as digital content cannot be returned.
  • Refund Before Course Access:
    If you cancel your enrolment before the course start date or before accessing any material, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
  • Batch Change / Transfer:
    If you wish to transfer your enrolment to another batch or course, you may request this at least 3 days before the course start date. Approval will be subject to seat availability.

2. Educational Kits (Physical Products)

  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders for educational kits can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Refund / Replacement:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged kit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting images/videos. After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.
    • Refunds will not be provided for kits that have been used, tampered with, or damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Return Shipping:
    In case of a return, customers are responsible for shipping the product back in its original condition and packaging. Mechatron Technologies will bear the return shipping cost only if the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

3. General Terms

  • Refund Timeline:
    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • No-Show Policy:
    If you fail to attend a scheduled course or workshop without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    In case of any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, the decision of Mechatron Technologies will be final.
