Over 20 hours, participants will explore Copilot’s features, prompt engineering, governance, data security, and real-world use cases. Content to be covered: What is Microsoft Copilot?, Integration with Microsoft 365 & Copilot ecosystem, Differences: M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot in Dynamics & Power Platform, Hands-on: Explore Copilot features in Word & PowerPoint.

Module 2: Prompt Engineering Basics
Content to be covered: Writing effective prompts for business scenarios, Few-shot prompting for structured outputs, Using Copilot for summarization, drafting, and brainstorming, Hands-on: Create business reports & presentations using prompts.

Module 3: Copilot in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
Content to be covered: Drafting, rewriting, summarizing in Word, Generating professional presentations in PowerPoint, Hands-on: Automate creation of a proposal document & presentation.

Module 4: Copilot in Excel & Outlook
Content to be covered: Data analysis, formula generation, pivot tables in Excel, Drafting/replying emails, meeting scheduling in Outlook, Hands-on: Generate insights from a dataset & automate email threads.

Module 5: Copilot in Teams & Business Communication
Content to be covered: Meeting recap & task assignment in Teams, Drafting chat responses, summarizing discussions, Integrating with Planner, Loop, OneNote, Hands-on: Run a meeting simulation with Copilot assistance.

Module 6: Security, Privacy & Governance
Content to be covered: Data flow in Microsoft Copilot, Responsible AI principles in M365 Copilot, Admin settings: controlling access, licensing, and compliance, Case Study: Organizational adoption strategy.

Module 7: Copilot Studio – Extending Copilot
Content to be covered: Introduction to Copilot Studio (previously Power Virtual Agents), Custom Copilot creation with connectors, plugins, and data sources, Hands-on: Build a simple Copilot for HR FAQs using Copilot Studio.

Module 8: Real-World Use Cases & Exam Prep
